Jason Haley is currently the Director of Battery Percussion at El Diamante High School in Visalia, CA, a position that he has held since 2006.  Since beginning his tenure with the school, El Diamante has amassed numerous percussion caption awards during the fall and winter seasons, one WBA Championship “High Percussion” award (2008), two WBA AAAA “Class Champion” awards (2008, 2010), and the distinction of performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

During the indoor percussion season, Jason has collaborated with well-known visual designer Jaime Holly as well as cutting-edge music arrangers Steve Maldonado and Michael Huestis; crediting them with much of the success that he has received.  Aside from El Diamante High School, Jason has been a consultant for various Visalia High Schools, adjudicator for PPAACC (Bakersfield), and also teaches Introductory Percussion at La Joya Middle School.  Jason is a 2011 graduate of CSU Bakersfield with a B.A. in Sociology and currently resides in Visalia, CA.
