The goal of Impact Winter Percussion is to provide our members with the best possible instruction through performance so that develop young people into outstanding human beings.  We strive to provide an outlet for musical expression and additional music education in the setting of musical arts.  

At Central Valley Impact we believe that it is imperative for communities to provide the opportunity for students and those passionate about the arts to showcase their talents while at the same time training our members to give back to the area music programs they were once a part.  With this purpose in mind Impact was formed to produce individuals who have the skill to be able to give back to their roots thereby increasing the level of musical excellence.

 

Impact Winter Percussion will be based in the central valley but is open to members from all over Northern California and the Bay Area.  We will provide opportunities for rehearsals, lessons, workshops and community involvement and will extend as far as interest and demand can allow. 

 

With the mission to foster the desire of members to carry on their passions, creating a self-sustaining appreciation and continuation of the arts within the community, Central Valley Impact Winter Percussion is poised to become an innovative and valuable contributor to the performing arts in the California central valley. 

 

Central Valley Impact invites the students of today to be the instructors for tomorrow’s music programs.  Our members gain an edge by learning to cooperate, they learn to set goals, they work long and hard with a focus on the fundamentals and the learning process so that each member has the best opportunity to be successful.

Impact Winter Percussion is made possible because of Central Valley Youth Services, who serves as the parent organization to our activity.   C.V.Y.S is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
