Jon Leonard is a percussion specialist in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. As a graduate of Mars Hill University, he studied under Dr. Brian Tinkel and Mr. Justin Mabry. Jon has performed with the Asheville Lyric Opera, Brevard Philharmonic, Theatre Charlotte, and various other theater programs throughout central and western North Carolina. As an instructor, Jon has worked with many successful scholastic and independent marching programs focused mainly on BOA and WGI activities. Currently, he serves as the director of percussion at Kings Mountain High School and as both a battery and front ensemble instructor with Revelation Indoor Percussion, based out of Fort Mill, South Carolina.
