Malte Steiner is a nationally recognized arranger, clinician, and educator. He began his career in marching percussion in 1995 at Showband Rastede. “Beatrix Drum & Bugle Corps” and “European X” Indoor Percussion mark other marching-milestones outside of Germany. In 2010 he was a guest musician at the ”Bremer Philharmonic Orchestra”.
 
Since 2007 Malte is known as program designer and clinician all over Germany. He supports “Spirit of 52” from Rastede, Germany as Captionhead Percussion.
Over the years, Scott Johnson, Bret Kuhn, Tim Jackson and many more taught together with him. In 2013/2014 he instructed “European X” Indoor Percussion as percussion technician
