Maxime Lalanne is a Quebec born drummer/musician.  A native of Montreal, Max studied music in high school and pursued an apprenticeship at Cegep Drummondville-Cegep Saint-Laurent, at Montreal University, and at UQAM, specializing in drums, percussion, and arrangement.

In 2005, he became the drummer for superstar Quebec singer Marie-Mai, performing before hundreds of thousands of sell-out crowds across Canada and abroad. He has also played for such artists has Dany Bédard, Garou, Dan Bigras, André Watters, Paule Magnan, Clifton Davis Broadbridge, Ileana, A Taste Of Honey, William Deslauriers, Jonathan Painchaud, Wilfred le Bouthillier, Florence K, Boom Desjardins, Lynda Thalie, Kaîn, and Bodh'Aktan.

Also active in recording, he had the chance to work with renown directors Eddie Kramer, Arnold Lanni, Shaun Lopez, Dan Volj and is the co-owner of Studio Cadillac in Montreal.
