Michael was a member of Western Kentucky University’s drumline in 1998-99. He marched Cincinnati Glory Drum & Bugle Corps in 2000 where they finished as DCI Div. III Bronze Medalist. He marched with Eklipse indoor percussion ensemble in 2001 (WGI Gold Medalist) and 2002 (WGI Silver Medalist).

Michael’s teaching experience includes bass tech for Moxie Audio Theatre in 2004-05, and visual tech for the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps in 2003-04 and 2006. He has taught with numerous high school marching band programs in Western Kentucky, Tennessee, Southern Indiana, and Florida.

Michael currently resides in Bowling Green, KY, where he is the percussion director at Greenwood High School.
