Nick Warren is a very active arranger/composer, instructor, and adjudicator in both marching and concert percussion. Currently, Mr. Warren is the lead percussion arranger for both Marching Show Concepts and Center X Productions arranging for marching ensembles all over the United States. In addition to his compositional duties, Warren also actively assists the award-winning Muhlenberg County Marching Band in Greenville, KY, and is the Director of Percussion at McLean County High School in Calhoun, KY, while maintaining a steady schedule of private percussion lessons.
Prior to his appointment to MSC and Center X, Warren actively instructed and arranged for outdoor and indoor ensembles throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. Warren was also the Director of Bands for the Union County Middle and High School Bands in Morganfield, KY before pursuing his Master’s Degree in Instrumental Conducting on a full-time basis.
Mr. Warren earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Western Kentucky University having studied percussion under both Dr. Christopher Norton and Dr. Mark Berry. Currently he resides in Owensboro, KY with his wife, Carrie, and their two young children.
