Tom Gasparrini is an in-demand instructor in the marching percussion world. Currently a battery instructor at The Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps of Canton, OH and Rhythm X of Dayton, OH, Tom's experience as a world-class teacher stems from his extensive performance history. Tom started his independent performance career as a snare drummer in the Connecticut Hurricanes Drum and Bugle Corps. From there, he continued on to the twelve-time world champion drum corps, THe Cadets, before finishing his drum corps career as the center snare of The Bluecoats Durm and Bugle Corps. Mr. Gasparrini was also a performer in the world-class ensemble, United Percussion, and was a prominent performer and center snare of the highly successful percussion ensemble, Rhythm X.

In addition to his work at The Bluecoats and Rhythm X, Tom is currently a battery instructor at the Bellbrook High School marching band and indoor percussion programs, the Northmont High School marching band, and the Carslile High School marching band and indoor percussion programs. Additionaly, he has instructed at the Stamford High School marchin band, the New Milford high School marching band, the University of New hAven marching band, and Capital City Percussion. Tom currently resides in Dayton, OH. He proudly endorses Innovative Percussion sticks and mallets.
