Hailing from the small town of Southwick in western Massachusetts, drummer Wes Bourque got his start playing in his middle school band. His passion for drumming deepened through a transformative clinic in high school led by Bob Gatzen and Will Kennedy. Over the years, Wes further refined his skills by studying privately with accomplished drummers such as Jason Gianni, and attending master classes featuring drumming legends like Mike Mangini, Virgil Donati, Peter Erskine, Thomas Lang, and Benny Greb.

While living in Connecticut, Wes taught private drum lessons and maintained a busy performance schedule with various local and regional acts. His musical journey took a significant turn when he was invited to play an acoustic set with Lindsey LaBelle for a local country radio station, sharing the stage with notable artists Due West and Dylan Scott. After witnessing his performance, Due West extended an invitation for Wes to join them for their full set This exhilarating experience confirmed Wes's ambition to move to Nashville and pursue his musical career full-time.

In 2014, Wes made the leap to Nashville and immersed himself in the vibrant music scene, performing with local artists and establishing himself in the wedding band and corporate event circuit. These experiences proved invaluable, broadening his knowledge of songs and honing his song charting abilities. After years of building a strong network and reputation, he received a call to join the multi-Platinum, Grammy-nominated, two-time ACM award-winning group Thompson Square. Over two years, he toured extensively with them, expanding his list of recording clients and became a go-to drummer for artists like Chase Bryant, Tyler Rich, Dylan Schneider, Jordan Harvey, and Adam Doleac.

Today, Wes proudly serves as the drummer for Logan Crosby, a talented standout from season 1 of ABC’s “Claim to Fame.” His career continues to flourish through sold out arena performances opening for The Jonas Brothers, festival shows supporting Old Dominion, Eric Church, and Jason Aldean, and tours with rising stars like Megan Moroney and Kameron Marlowe. As Logan embarks on his own sold-out headlining tour, Wes remains committed to captivating audiences nationwide with his infectious energy and passionate performances.”
